The Mississauga Music Walk of Fame honours local musicians who have made a significant impact on the city, Music Industry builders and innovators, and Mississauga’s very own International Superstars. It was founded in 2012 by the late Mississauga City Councilor Jim Tovey, a former rock musician who received his own star on The Walk following his untimely death in 2017.
