Chocolate Games Night

Chocolate Games Night is a unique interactive fundraising event created as part of the Toronto Chocolate Festival. Designed to combine entertainment, friendly competition and philanthropy, the event required a cohesive visual identity that could be applied consistently across print, digital and on-site experiences.

As Creative Director and Lead Designer, Gina developed the event’s visual identity and produced a complete suite of marketing and production materials, ensuring a memorable and engaging experience for participants while maintaining consistent branding across every touchpoint.

Scope of Work

  • Developed the event brand identity and creative direction.
  • Designed event logos for Chocolate Games Night and themed game experiences.
  • Created large-format banners, venue signage and promotional displays.
  • Designed online advertisements, social media graphics and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Produced game sheets, scorecards, rules cards and participant materials for all interactive activities.
  • Designed event collateral including posters, tickets, sponsor recognition and promotional materials.
  • Developed branded templates to maintain visual consistency across future events.
  • Worked closely with organizers to ensure all creative assets aligned with the event experience from promotion through execution.
